Independent Witness Baboucarr Khan Recalled, Defence Ordered to Pay D500

Hearing on the 51 counts criminal trial involving the state against the Ex - IGP Ensa Badjie, Lt. Col Mam Matarr Secka, former Commander of the Military Pollice, and Major Kuluteh Manneh proceeded on the 15th to 18th November 2010 before Justice Emmanuel Amadi of the High Court in Banjul who ordered for the recall of the Independent Witness Baboucarr Khan for further cross - examination by the defense and for the defense to also pay the sum of D500 to the state.
